Yoga for Runners and Cyclists. 

Strengthen and stretch the muscles that you us when jogging or biking so that you can achieve your goals and prevent injury. You will also be given before and after stretches to take with you on the road!

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a gentle and meditative class with a restorative intention. You will hold each asana for four minutes to release the fascia and increase flexibility.  

Yoga For....

"Yoga For…" sets a new intention every week so that the energy of the entire class will be manifesting one vision. Every class will insert what follows the "For" i.e. "Yoga for Happiness", "Yoga for Peace", Yoga for the low back", "Yoga for Hips". You will learn to set your intention at the beginning of your practice and the focus for your day. 

Tantra: Yoga for lovers

This is a unique class for couples to grow together through a shared intention of unconditional love and acceptance. Through breath work, partner yoga, meditation, and massage you will build trust, support and communication techniques that transcend the mat into your everyday life.  


"Chakra Yoga" is an ongoing series that dedicates each week to a specific chakra with intention of breathing life and energy into the chakra and the issues to which it is connected. For example, The Heart Chakra class will focus on cultivating unconditional love, compassion, and joy as well as opening and strengthening the chest and upper back. 

Rock and flow

Every 1st and 3rd Friday we will have a special flow class that is set to a beloved rock album, like "Dark Side of the Moon" or "Magical Mystery Tour" etc. Your instructor will guide you through a new vinyasa flow at the begining of each song and then you are free to flow to the music.
