BEcky Grace Wilkening

I started my yoga journey in 2012 as a freshman in college. I immediately fell in love with the flow of vinyasa yoga and the mental relaxation of yin yoga. Yoga has strengthened my physical body and added a new perspective in my life. My yoga journey does not stop on my mat, but begins when I face everyday challenges. I would love to continue my yoga journey with you and learn humbly from each and everyone of you. Namaste.

Becky Grace Wilkening believes in the healing power of balancing the mind, body, and spirit, and that through yoga each person can come into a deeper relationship with themselves and the world.  She is a welcoming and vibrant teacher that weaves vinyasa, yin, restorative, and Qigong into her classes. Along with having her RYT200, she is also an empowerment coach, a conflict mediator, a nonviolent communication guide, a meditation teacher, a Qigong practitioner, and a sound healer.  Becky is passionate about teaching from a place of healing, connection, and love, and as a teacher, believes that each of her students hold the key to their health, love and happiness.

As a child Nicole could not touch her toes. As an adult she began her own journey toward mental and emotional health, through the practice of ahimsa. Nicole teaches yoga to strengthen health and resiliency, and to live with ease, not just on the physical level. She loves to take yoga outdoors and has been practicing since 2005.
